The Government of Flanders launches a new scholarship program, Master Mind Scholarships. It awards up to 35 scholarships to outstanding Master students from all countries. The program aims to promote the internationalization of the Flemish Higher Education, as stated in the Action Plan for Student Mobility, Brains on the Move (September 2013). First scholarships under this program will be awarded for the academic year 2015-2016.
Students cannot apply directly. Applications need to be submitted through the Flemish host institution, in consultation with the home institution of the applicant. The home institution of the applicant and the Flemish host institution should have signed a cooperation agreement.

Deadline for application / nomination by the higher education institutions: 31^st March 2015.

Bourses d'études Master Mind du gouvernement de la Flandre pour les étudiants internationaux, 2015 - 2016

Le gouvernement de la Flandre lance un nouveau programme de bourses d'études, bourses d'études Master Mind. Elle alloue jusqu'à 35 bourses à des étudiants de Master en circulation de tous les pays. Le programme vise à promouvoir l'internationalisation de l'enseignement supérieur flamand, comme indiqué dans le Plan d'action pour la mobilité des étudiants, Brains on the Move (Septembre 2013). Premières bourses au titre de ce programme seront attribués pour l'année académique 2015-2016.

Les étudiants ne peuvent pas se appliquer directement. Les applications doivent être soumises par l'institution hôte flamande, en consultation avec l'institution d'origine du demandeur. L'établissement d'origine du demandeur et l'institution d'accueil flamande aurait signé un accord de coopération.
