Scholarships for Masters studies in Australia are being offered to eligible African candidates for postgraduate studies commencing in 2015.

Fields of study:

Current priority sectors include: Agriculture and Food Security; Health; Natural Resource Management including Mining and Mining Governance; Public Policy; and Water and Sanitation.

Algeria, Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Nigeria, Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Tanzania, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, and Zambia

Scholarship value/inclusions:

The scholarship benefits generally include: full tuition fees, return air travel, establishment allowance, contribution to living expenses (CLE), Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), etc.

Eligibility:

Generally, you must be at least 25 and not more than 50 years of age at the date of your application. You must have at least three (3) years’ relevant post graduate work experience. You possess, as a minimum, a Bachelors degree (or the equivalent) from a recognized Institution of at least 4 years in length. You must not already hold, or be studying for, a Masters degree. You must be willing to make a formal commitment to return to your current employment following completion of the award.

You must meet the country specific eligibility criteria and the general minimum eligibility criteria for Australia Awards Scholarships – refer to the Australia Awards Scholarships policy handbook.

Check the open and close dates for your country, and select your country of citizenship/residency from the list of participating countries for specific information on eligibility, priority areas and how to apply. Each Country Program has different timelines but deadline falls around December 2014.

Admissibilité:
Généralement, vous devez avoir au moins 25 et pas plus de 50 ans à la date de votre demande. Vous devez avoir au moins trois (3) années d'expérience de travail. Vous possédez au minimum ,une licence (ou l'équivalent) d'une institution reconnue. Vous ne devez pas déjà détenir ou être étudier pour un Master. Vous devez être prêt à prendre un engagement formel pour revenir à votre emploi actuel après l'achèvement de la sentence.
Vous devez répondre aux critères d'admissibilité spécifiques de chaque pays et les critères d'admissibilité minimales générales pour les bourses d'étude en Australie - se référer au guide de politiques Australie décerne des bourses .

Application des instructions :
Vérifiez les dates d'ouverture et de fermeture pour votre pays , et sélectionnez votre pays de citoyenneté / résidence de la liste des pays participants pour des informations spécifiques sur l'admissibilité, les domaines prioritaires et comment appliquer . Chaque pays dispose d' un Programme différent, mais les dates limites tombe autour de Décembre 2014.
12 décembre pour les bourses de Master et 16 janvier pour les bourses de stage
