Second International Conference on Electronics& Oil: from Theory to
Applications (ICEO’13) will be held from March 05-06, 2013 in Ouargla,
Algeria.Through its technical program, the conference aims to provide an
outstanding opportunity for both academic and industrial communities
alike to address new trends and challenges, emerging technologies and
progress in standards on topics relevant to today's fast
moving areas of electronics. The multi-disciplinary approach to
engineering has become an important factor for the design of many new
