وبالتالي يظهر المستأجر النشيط صاحب المعدل 1.5 فما فوق باللون الاخضر ويظهر صاحب المعدل من 1 الى 1.4 باللون الاصفر ويكون الخامل الاقل من 0.9 باللون الاحمر ويظهر لك ان كنت تكسب ام تخسر ام في حالة تعادل من هذا المؤشر البياني
