UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School invites excellent applications for a number of PhD scholarships starting in January/September 2015. This provides four years of support for full-time PhD study. The Scholarships are open to full-time EU and non-EU students.

The scholarships are available across a range of disciplines:
• Accounting
• Banking & Finance
• Industrial Relations and Human Resources
• Management
• Management Information Systems
• Marketing
Scholarship Value
Three types of scholarships may be awarded.
(i) Full Scholarships valued at €20,000 per annum. Successful applicants who do not qualify for any external fee support will, in addition, be awarded a Business School grant to cover fees (EU/non-EU).
(ii) Half scholarships valued at €8000 per annum. Successful applicants who do not qualify for any external fee support will, in addition, be awarded a Business School grant to cover fees (EU/non-EU).
(iii) Fees-only scholarship holders will be awarded a Business School grant to cover fees (EU/non-EU).
In addition, all successful applicants will be given one Business School grant of €2000 towards the cost of consumables purchased during the four years of the PhD programme.
