Clark (Mile-End) Bursary Fund
Description:
The Clark (Mile-End) Bursary Fund is a charitable endowment which was established in 1868. It is now governed by Rules laid down in a a 1974 Scheme (as varied with the consent of the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator in 2013). It provides a few grants each year to students studying in the Universities of Glasgow or Strathclyde.

Awards are open to all students of the University. In terms of the Scheme rules the Governors tend to give preference to students entering their first year at University but this is not a rigid rule.
They are granted at the discretion of the Governors of the Fund on the basis of merit and promise and following interview.

How to apply:
Clark (Mile-End) Application Forms should be submitted to the Clerk on the prescribed form for consideration at the annual meeting of
the Governors in November. Interviews are held at the Governors’ meeting in November.
