Chevening/Durham Partnership Award
Chevening is proud to partner with Durham University to co-fund ten Chevening/Durham Partnership Awards available to candidates from all Chevening-eligible countries.
These particular awards are being offered in addition to the main Chevening Awards at Durham. The top ten successful candidates will be offered a partnership award and all other successful candidates will receive a Chevening Award through the main programme.

What is a Chevening/Durham Partnership Award?
A Chevening/Durham Partnership Award includes full tuition fees for your chosen course at Durham; country fee caps do not apply. As a Chevening/Durham Partnership Award recipient, you will also stand to benefit from an expanding suite of unique networking and engagement opportunities offered by Durham and other Chevening Partners. Durham was delighted to host the 30th anniversary Chevening Forum 2014 entitled 'Leadership and Change in the 21st Century'. With presentations by scholars, speeches by an FCO Ambassador and cultural visits around the city, one participant commented: 'I had one of the best three days of my life at Durham!'
What can I study?
Awards are available for any one-year taught Master's degree offered at Durham University except for the MBA programme. Applications for the MBA will not be considered for these awards.
Applicants can choose any other course of study, but are encouraged to refer to their country pages for details of priority areas of study in their region.

How do I apply for a Chevening Award at Durham University?
To apply for a Chevening Award to study at Durham University, all candidates must visit the Apply page and select their region and country to proceed.
Select the award 'Chevening/Durham Scholarship'. This will automatically register your first university preference as Durham University. You must then enter three different courses you are interested in studying at Durham. The application form will also ask you to select two other university options.
