Call For Proposals
On 20 & 21 February, 2015, Qatar TESOL will be hosting its 11th annual conference in Doha, Qatar at . The annual conference is a great opportunity for ELT practitioners, especially in the Gulf, to promote professionalism in English language education. The 2015 conference brings together language teachers and end users of college products to share ideas on how best to prepare learners for the challenges of today’s job market.
We invite you to submit a proposal for the 2015 conference.
The theme of this year’s conference is English Language Teaching and the Job Market: Bridging the Gap.
Proposals which focus on the conference theme will be given priority. However, Qatar TESOL welcomes submissions, particularly practical and pragmatic presentations, on English Language Teaching. All proposals are blind-refereed by trained reviewers.

Presenting at Qatar TESOL indicates the important role that practitioners play in our teaching community and provides opportunities to ask important questions, share our knowledge and experiences. Teachers and administrators from the following areas are encouraged to submit proposals:

- University / College preparatory/ Foundation programs
- Adult education institutions

This form requires you to submit details of each presenter (biodata), 10-word title of your presentation, 250-word description of the session, and 50-word abstract for the conference program. You must submit a separate online proposal form for each topic. Only online submissions will be accepted

Conference Registration Fees:
- Membership fees: 100 QAR
- Early bird registration: 50 QAR (for Qatar TESOL members)
- Early bird registration: 175 QAR (for Non-members)
- Onsite registration: 200 QAR
