About Scholarship: Poornaprajna Institute of research (PPISR) was established in 2003 close to Bengaluru International Airport on a sprawling space of thirty two acres. The institute is Promoted and Managed by Admar Mutt Education Foundation (AMEF). PPISR offers state of the art facilities for young student in research field to hold out innovative research within the areas of basic and applied sciences. 3 divisions; Materials Science, Biological Sciences and Theoretical Physics with young and eminent students in research area concerned in healthy mixture of each basic and applied research. The institute is recognized by Department of Scientific and Industrial analysis (DSIR), GOI, Indian capital and Manipal University, Karnataka, as associate R & D centre. College members area unit recognized as PhD guides and the students (Research Fellows) can be registered for their PhD degrees at Manipal University, one amongst the highest non-public Universities in India.
Applications invited for PhD Positions at PPISR from young great researchers within the areas of Materials Science, Biological Sciences and Theoretical Physics. Researchers should have MSc degree in Physics, Chemistry, arithmetic and Biology or in alternative knowledge base areas like Materials Science, Biotechnology, biological science, Chemical sciences etc. chosen candidate are a paid Rs.12, 000/-pm as scholarship and upon completion of the project.
Study: Positions are provided in the field of Materials Science, Biological Sciences and Theoretical Physics.
Course Level: The positions are available for pursuing PhD level.

Eligibility: Candidates with M.Sc. (or M.Tech.) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or in other interdisciplinary areas such as Materials Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical sciences etc. are eligible to apply. Applicants with proven academic record are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to CSIR-JRF /UGC-JRF/ICMR-JRF/DBT-JRF/JEST qualified students or those with DST- INSPIRE fellowship.

Value: Selected candidate will be a paid Rs.12, 000/-pm as scholarship and upon completion of the project.
Selection criteria: The positions will be based on his performance under my mentor-ship to work on mesoporous polymers as catalysts in organic transformation reactions.
