| http://www.lab11.org/ 11 th International Symposium on Lactic Acid Bacteria HEALTH, SUSTAINABILITY, DIVERSITY, AND APPLICATION A meeting on the fundamentals and application of the most important bacteria used in food and feed production.Lactic Acid Bacteria play a crucial role in the production of food and feed throughout the world and are used as health-promoting probiotics.The 11th Symposium on Lactic Acid Bacteria will be held in the Congress Centre “Hotel Zuiderduin”, Zeeweg 52, Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands from
August 31 to September 4, 2014.
The Symposium will start with a Welcome Reception, a Keynote Lecture and a buffet dinner on August 31 at 17.00 h. The official closing will be on September 04 at 13.00 h.
